On the vast majority of projects that we design and specify we also provide contract administration and site supervision services and can assist right from the initial stage of any project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and to the requisite standard. In conjunction with producing all the design information and documentation for works we can advise regarding procurement methods and contractual matters, undertake the tender process and advise as to the most appropriate contractors. Once a contractor is appointed we can oversee the works on site to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the design information.
