We can assist in developing the project brief, liaising with various client side groups as necessary, develop the project execution plan and risk register, advise on the professional services required and engage consultants as necessary. Then manage and oversee the entire design and construction process to ultimately ensure the project is realised on time, on programme and within budget.

If required we are also able to offer comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services, again by working with other consultants with whom we have partnering arrangements. This again allows us to provide our clients with a single point of responsibility for all consultancy services on a project.
