We can prepare interim or terminal schedules of dilapidations, prepare schedules of condition and negotiate terms and claims for either party.
We can undertake measured surveys of all types and size of building, internally and externally, and produce accurate layout, elevation and sections drawings as required. We also undertake topographical (level) surveys which are often essential when considering developing a site.
