Nigel Curtis BSc MRICS
Following a short period of working for KCC in the early eighties, where he qualified as a Professional Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987, Nigel worked for Cluttons for over 20 years, both in the South East and in London. He has a wide range of experience of general professional work, covering dilapidations, inspection and planned maintenance reports, defect diagnosis, planning applications, Party Wall awards, and acting as CDM Coordinator. He has designed and acted as contract administrator on both new build and refurbishment contracts, in the residential, commercial, industrial, retail, education and agricultural sectors. He also has considerable experience in advising on listed buildings, and the conversion and refurbishment of historic buildings.
In recent years Nigel has specialised in project monitoring of commercial and residential developments on behalf of major lending institutions, and this is an area of work that he is keen to develop further at Godden Allen Lawn.
