They are presented in plain English, illustrated with photographs and opinions are given to further assist your decision-making. Two types of survey are available for you:- The HomeBuyers Service is specifically designed for houses, bungalows and flats that are traditional in construction and in apparent reasonable order.
A Building Survey (formerly referred to as a Structural Survey) is presented in greater detail and usually customised to suit your needs, particularly when the property is Listed/Historic, of non-standard construction or is believed to be in a poor state of repair. Our surveyors bring to our reports years of experience and local knowledge coupled with a friendly and honest style of reporting in jargon free English, and reports are illustrated with photographs to complement the narrative.
